1. Services Offered:

   • Question: What specific weed control and fertilization services do you offer?

   • Answer: Our program consists of 6 different lawn treatments (applications) throughout the year running Jan-Oct. #1 Pre and Post emergent, #2 Fertilizer application, #3 Pre and Post Emergent, #4, Fertilizer Application, #5 Post Emergent application, #6 Pre and Post Emergent. Our goal is to create the lawn you want and to eliminate as much of what you do not want as possible.

2. Treatment Plans:

   • Question: What is your approach to creating a treatment plan for my lawn?

   • Answer: Generally speaking, the 6-step program will create a great looking lawn for most here in the Tulsa metro area.  Each lawn is different and as the program continues and applications are made notes are taken to identify outliers (persistent weeds – if any). The next application will be adjusted to begin eliminating any persistent weeds that exist.

3. Local Expertise:

   • Question: Do you have experience with lawns in our specific area, considering our climate and soil conditions?

   • Answer: Oklahoma is highly humid warm summer environment encourages the following weeds to thrive if the lawn is not placed on a weed control program. These pests include: crabgrass, spurge, dallisgrass, clover, and nutsedge. We have a plan to control all of these weeds and more.

4. Product Safety:

   • Question: Are the products you use safe for my family, pets, and the environment?

   • Answer: Yes, once the application is dry the lawn is safe to use.

5. Licensing and Certification:

   • Question: Are your technicians licensed and certified for weed control and fertilization services?

   • Answer: Yes, certified applicators will be making the lawn treatments.

6. Timing of Applications:

   • Question: When and how often will you treat my lawn?

   • Answer: The 6-application program runs from January through October. As your lawn gets added to our schedule you will be notified prior to an application being made

7. Results and Guarantees:

   • Question: What kind of results can I expect, and do you offer any guarantees?

   • Answer: GreenScape Lawn Pros weed control program will create a great looking lawn! The program is constantly being adjusted to provide the best possible results.

8. Communication and Updates:

   • Question: How will I be informed about the treatments, and can I get updates on the progress?

   • Answer: Customers are notified prior to an application made. You will have direct access to the technician that makes the application if any concerns or questions come up.

9. Cost and Payment Options:

   • Question: What is the cost of your services, and what payment options do you offer?

   • Answer: Our plans start at $36 per treatment for lawns less than 2,000 sq ft. Call, text, or submit “contact” information for your custom per application amount. We will get back to you promptly.

11. Contract Terms:
